Privacy Policy – CURATORZ AB and Subscription Lifestyle AB

Introduction

This policy applies only to CURATORZ and Subscription Lifestyle AB, customers and users of our online services.

When you lease or purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

CURATORZ is committed to your privacy and it will be protected while using our services. We have therefore produced a policy for how your personal information is treated and protected. The content of the policy can be continuously changed and therefore you should read through it again when you visit us online next time.

CURATORZ AB and Subscription Lifestyle AB is responsible for personal information under the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998: 204) and the EU Directive 95/46 / EC. Your personal information is stored in Sweden and processed within the Group.

 

SECTION 1: What do we use your personal information to?

By submitting your information you consent to us using the information collected to fulfill our commitments to you and provide the service you expect. We need your personal information for the following purposes:

• If you want to create a personal account on Curatorz.se and Curatorz.com (such as your name and email address) 
• To process your orders via our online services (such as your name, address, date of birth and bank details) 
• Order via SMS to announce the delivery status (for example your mobile number) In order to send marketing example newsletter and our catalogs (such as your email address, your name and address) 
• To be able to contact you in case of any problems with the delivery of your order (eg phone number, address) 
• To be able to answer your questions and to inform you of new or changed services (such as your email address) 
• To be able to announce the winners of the competitions organized by the network (such as your email address, name, address and telephone number)
• Manage your account, perform credit checks (eg name, address, date of birth) 
• To be able to analyze your data to provide you with relevant marketing, promotions and information (such as name, buying habits) 
• To confirm that you have the right age to shop online (eg date of birth) 
• To calculate the bonus or VIP Access you are entitled to as a member of CURATORZ (eg name, purchase transactions) 

Your data is stored only as long as necessary to carry out our services or for as long as prescribed by law. After that, your data will be erased. We cannot delete your data when there is a legal storage requirements, such as the Accounting Act, or when there is a legal basis to retain certain data, such as an ongoing contractual relationship.

SECTION 2: What are your rights?

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you. If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. You are also entitled to a yearly free to request records of the personal information we have directed toiled for you. To request this document, you can write to CURATORZ customer service at info@curatorz.com. You may at any time revoke your consent to us using your details for marketing purposes (e.g catalogs, newsletters). SECTION 3: Who gets access to the data?

We never distribute / sell / your details to third parties for marketing purposes outside of the holding Group Subscription Lifestyle AB. The data is forwarded to third parties, such as freight forwarders in connection with the supply of goods used solely to meet CURATORZ obligations to you. CURATORZ may share your personal information with organizations such as credit information and debt collection company for purposes of credit checks, identity checks, monitoring the creditworthiness and assumption of debt.

How we protect your information?
We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from e.g loss, manipulation or unauthorized access. We continually adapt our security measures to the continuous technological development. On www.curatorz.se and www.curatorz.com we protect your information using encryption. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and is a function that enables all information sent between buyer and seller is encrypted.

SECTION 4: Card Purchase

SHOPIFY and STRIPE

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify and STRIPE stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. This means your credit card information is handled in a very safe manner. When you shop with the card we reserve the right to make a personal check.

Stripe operates an online payments platform that enables CURATORZ send and receive funds as payments for goods and services on CURATORZ AB.

To make card purchases with us as safe as possible, all information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). It means that the information is via a secure connection and that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.

This means your credit card information is handled in a very safe manner. When you shop with the card we reserve the right to make a personal check.

SECTION 5: Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is saved and during subsequent visits, retrieved from your computer or mobile. CURATORZ uses cookies to improve and simplify your visit. We do not use cookies to store personal information, or to disclose information to third parties. There are two types of cookies, permanent and temporary (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored as a file on your computer or mobile phone for some time, however, exceeding 12 months. Session cookies are stored temporarily and disappear when you close your browser.

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.


We use persistent cookies to store your choice of the home page and to store your details if you select "Remember me" when you log in. Session cookies we use to check if you are logged in, or if you placed an item in your shopping bag, and when using the product filtration.

You can easily delete cookies from your computer or mobile phone via your web browser. Instructions on how to manage and delete cookies under "Help" in your browser. You can choose to disable cookies altogether, or to receive a notification each time a new cookie is sent to your computer or mobile. Note that if you choose to disable cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of all features on the site.

Third Party Cookies
We use third-party cookies to gather statistics in analysis tools like Google Analytics and Core Metrics. The cookies used are permanent and temporary cookies (session cookies). Permanent cookies are stored on your computer or mobile at most 24 months.

Curatorz.se, Curatorz.com and Curatorz app may contain links to other websites which are not under our control. We cannot vouch for the integrity or content on these sites, but provides links to make it easier for our visitors to find more information within specific areas.

By using this website you are consenting, You are at least 18 years old and have the power and authority to enter into a binding contract with CURATORZ AB AND SUBSCRIPTION LIFESTYLE and with CURATORZ’S suppliers

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
